The rifle showcases a Magpul® PC Backpacker stock paired with an ergonomic handguard, offering optional QD sling mounting capability. It boasts integrated storage in the grip and a hinged compartment in the stock for spare magazine storage. Featuring an MOE SL® non-slip rubber buttpad, it also employs a unique locking interface for attaching the barrel assembly to the receiver during transport.
With interchangeable magazine wells for Ruger® and Glock® magazines, it facilitates easy takedown, allowing swift separation of the barrel/forend assembly from the action for convenient transport and storage. This process involves locking the bolt back, verifying the rifle is unloaded, then pushing a recessed lever, twisting the subassemblies, and pulling them apart.
Incorporating a dead blow action with a custom tungsten weight, it reduces bolt travel, felt recoil, and muzzle rise. The bolt, crafted from heat-treated chrome-moly steel, ensures strength and durability. The rifle also features a reversible magazine release and charging handle to accommodate left- or right-handed users or one-handed manipulation while maintaining a proper firing grip.
Its cold hammer-forged, chrome-moly steel barrel with precise rifling ensures exceptional accuracy and longevity. The heavy contour barrel delivers consistent accuracy, while barrel fluting reduces weight for enhanced handling. Additionally, the threaded barrel, complete with a thread protector, allows for the use of standard muzzle accessories.
The rifle's sighting system comprises an adjustable ghost ring rear aperture sight and a non-glare, protected blade front sight for accurate aiming. It boasts a light, crisp trigger pull with minimal overtravel and positive reset, utilizing trusted 10/22® trigger components.
Constructed from aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminum billet via CNC machining, the receiver integrates a Picatinny-style rail and undergoes Type III hard-coat anodization for maximum durability.
